THE ROLE The Manager – Global Revenue Analytics role reports into Global Revenue Operations Lead.
This role will lead a team of regional & global analysts to deliver operational analytics and reporting for the CRO organization.
The revenue analytics team is expected to provide analytical & technical reporting capability, actionable insights & storytelling, leading indicator & predictive reporting, cross-functional collaboration & execution, and stakeholder communication.
OPPORTUNITIES You will lead and establish a world-class team of analysts with a service-oriented leadership style.
You will be a collaborative member of the global revenue operations team and accountable for the CRO organization analytics & reporting function.
You will act as an individual contributor on strategic reporting with comfort delivering off-cycle reporting for CRO & Revenue Operations leadership.
You will establish reporting best practice and standards to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting and measurement of sales metrics.
Metrics include pipeline creation & management, sales activities, forecasting, coverage, and sales productivity & attainment, among others.
You will effectively communicate actionable and insightful information & recommendations to global & regional stakeholders and business partners ("tell a story" with the data).
You will utilize analytics & AI capabilities to identify leading indicators of risk or opportunity against sales & pipeline goals.
You will enable the revenue analytics team to support global & regional short-term, mid-term, and long-term revenue cadences by creating & maintaining dashboards and reporting tailored to all distinct revenue cadence moment.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the global business strategy and data structure, as well as connected people, processes, and systems, to be able to deliver ad-hoc reporting needs.
You will serve as a global expert of key performance indicator trends, actuals, and benchmarks through data analysis and conversing with business partners.
Use this information to guide regional analyst direction & priorities, as well as encourage internal stakeholders to improve against benchmarks
