The Regional Portfolio Manager will be the main RME Point of Contact (POC) and provide RME support for multiple sites.
These sites will be part of the Amazon delivery station network.

To that end, Amazon is seeking a disruptive and groundbreaking thinker to provide strategic and tactical leadership over maintenance, repair and vendor management operations to support Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) across the North American market.
The position will manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as influence, negotiate and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities:Manage all engineering and commissioning of complex projectsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to site teams, vendors and leaders within various Amazon teams across a number of Amazon business unitsAssist in coordinating information between various teams in the organizationDevelop long-term strategies and assisting procurement with negotiations and cost-out initiativesSource and hold vendors accountable to established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and scopes of servicesManage a team of 10 direct reportsTravel domestically up to 70% of the time, based on business needsRole is open to North East statesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of employee and performance management experience
- 5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience
- 7+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards
- Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics
