Internal customers will include sales, portfolio management, creative and innovation functions.
External customers will include local, regional and global Ingredients clients.
Additionally, you will provide liaison between the Regulatory Affairs teams and the internal and external clients and be responsible for ensuring alignment with external advocacy groups on all required aspects of dsm-firmenich policy and promoting the concerns and needs of dsm-firmenich business.

Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships in alignment with ingredients business plans and provide global support on all aspects relating to the compliance of dsm-firmenich Ingredients portfolio.
Develop and maintain expertise in local, regional and global compliance requirements, advocate clearly and effectively both externally and internally.
When changes to government or industry standards take place, review, compare changes and interact with internal and external clients to deploy the implementation of the changes, ensure compliance of the ingredients portfolio and guide the internal clients to identify any opportunities for growth (this can include the development of impact assessments, communications, questionnaires/documents adaptation).
Support improved governance related to data provided to external customers for regulatory and certifications/claims related questions.
Support local senior manager/director in meeting strategic regulatory and compliance targets agreed with business.
Share positions with internal and external customers as agreed.

You Bring Minimum 6-8 years of total working experience and minimum 3 years in regulatory affairs for the Fragrance & Flavour industry.
Good knowledge of fragrance, cosmetics and chemicals regulations.
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Able to understand what is needed to guide and support business strategy, contribute to longer-term plans and deliver.
Can integrate creative and business thinking into delivering solutions.
Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills (can adapt between presenting technical detail and using everyday language for complex issues).
Acts as a change champion, not only with successfully implementing change through trainings and communications, but continuously looking for ways to improve Regulatory affairs level of support to the business.
Uses emotional intelligence to act as a mentor and develop team members (hard skills, soft skills, advanced regulatory knowledge).
