We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operation Manager (M/F/d) based in Barcelona or Bilbao who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
You will be responsible for working in French and Spanish-speaking countries.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green You set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners based in the Basque Country and Catalonia and become their trustworthy partner; You train and support the drivers of Our Bus Partners towards our international quality standards; You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Spanish and French market; You take responsibility for an accurate start of each new line; You act as a liaison with various internal teams (Line Planning, Business Development, Bus Stops, Traffic Control, Agents, support teams in the HQ located in Germany); You are responsible for customers' NPS quality evaluation for all the Bus Partners whose lines pass by these two Spanish regions; Regular travel is required.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board You have at least 3 years of experience.
Experience in portfolio management, logistics, or the transportation/tourism industry is a plus; Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills, and the ability to multitask effectively; Excellent interpersonal skills, from communication to negotiation; Possessing an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality, you are willing to help the team and the company in any way possible.
Passionate, proactive, and reliable, you enjoy sharing your ideas; Spanish (native speaker level), highly fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus.
