Qualifications We're looking for a services delivery leader possessing a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
10+ years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management; university degree preferred
Successful track record leading, managing and growing the team
Extensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine needs for addressing their growth and potential
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations, focused on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction
Considerable experience with relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity
Familiarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies and deployment/operational considerations
At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountable

Be responsible for successful execution of the territory project portfolio with the focus on customer success and MongoDB growth

Collaborate with other functions across the company, contribute to global Professional Services business strategies, development and execution
Be willing to "roll-up sleeves" and contribute to execution and improvements across the business as needed
Aggressively maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, attracting the highest quality talent in the industry to support excellence and rapid growth
