.Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Manager, WW Professional Education, Robotics – Curriculum Design to join the Robotics and Digital Solutions organization.This position can be based out of Santa Clara, CA or Cincinnati, OH.At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, we are working to solve the world's most pressing healthcare challenges through innovations at the intersection of biology and technology.We harness our deep expertise in surgery, orthopedics, vision, and interventional solutions to design healthcare solutions that are smarter, less invasive, and more personalized.The MedTech Surgery organization was recently established to combine Ethicon's market-leading surgical portfolio with the Robotics & Digital Solutions portfolio.The MedTech Surgical organization is comprised of Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, Endo Mechanical and Energy, OTTAVA (Surgical Robotics), MONARCH (Flexible Robotics), and MedTech Digital.The Manager, WW Professional Education Robotics - Curriculum Design is accountable for the flawless development of Professional Education content throughout the Education Continuum in the key focus areas of Robotics and Digital Solutions. This should be achieved through strong clinical / customer knowledge along with exceptional collaboration and teamwork with R&D, Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial leaders, and External Partners.The Manager has responsibility for global content/curriculum development, faculty identification and management, integration of innovative technologies, budget management, and adherence to critical functional processes. This individual is responsible for adhering to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as Company Health Care Compliance policies.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Professional Education, Marketing, R&D, and external partners to develop training assets that enable the safe and efficacious use of J&J's surgical robotics systems.Assist with the development and implementation of metrics tracking education program efficacy and effectiveness.Develop global faculty and lead curriculum development working groups.Enable strong collaboration with multiple internal and external partners to assess and leverage innovative training technologies and models to meet Professional Education strategy objectives.Utilize customer insights and ongoing VoC to refine educational content via a process of continuous improvement.Maximize integration with existing LMS and event management systems.Lead key J&J WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.Qualifications:Education:Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of six (6) years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (e.G., Sales, Sales Training, Prof Ed, Marketing and/or Sales Management); or other applicable experience.
