As a Manager Product Service Data, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the service parts lifecycle and underlying logic, resulting in customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective service processes.
Your tasksCreate and set up service parts in the ERP system, collaborating with service process managers to ensure accurate information entry.Coordinate the release of parts with service process managers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient releases.Liaise with master data teams to ensure on-time delivery of service parts for product validation and launch, minimizing potential delays.Develop and implement processes for the 'End of Service' phase, including forecasting remaining service volumes and managing inventory changes.Provide guidance on replacement strategies after product changes or post-launch engineering projects, aligning with service forecasts.Continuously enhance service parts management practices, including lot sizes and packaging, and confirm local change requests; aim for process harmonization and standardization across R&D sites.Keep all relevant documentation current and accessible to support transparency and efficiency in service parts management.Develop and refine models to forecast service volumes, incorporating internal and external drivers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
