Job Purpose As a Product Manager, you will translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What will you do?
Define the Revenue Integrity product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules.
Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
Develop the business case for new products and improvements to Revenue Integrity existing product as well as set product pricing.
Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Run beta and pilot programs during the qualify phase with almost final products and samples.
Act as the product's leader within the company.
What do you need to know?
Experience building software products in a product management role.
Airline experience of Revenue Integrity or Revenue Management solutions.
Coach and individual contributor willing to get their hands in the details.
Experience taking products from inception to launch to ongoing enhancements.
Self-motivated and ability to motivate others.
Lead through influence.
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
Experience with Product and Project Management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
