For the procurement organization we are currently looking for a: Manager Procurement (m/f/d) IT and Professional Services In this position, you will not only play a crucial role in our indirect strategic procurement team but you will drive our transformation process actively to a center-led procurement organization.
Possible locations are Breda, Netherlands Murcia, Spain This is what you can expect Define and implement category management at group level for Indirect IT & Professional Services Lead the transition from local to a center-led procurement category management approach Manage demand and spend for your category, ensuring clear governance and driving best-in-class change management Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Develop in-depth market knowledge and a roadmap for your category Manage supplier relationships to optimize performance Ensure a lean and robust IT landscape by reducing complexity This is what you need to be successful in this role Degree in MBA/Business Administration Proven experience in Procurement, specifically in IT & Professional Services Strategic thinking and business acumen Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of productivity delivery Ability to work closely with stakeholders, prioritize and delegate effectively Strong analytical, problem-solving, and contract management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident, fast learner with the passion to drive excellence This is what we offer At our company, people come first: You are important.
