There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the market leader in international payroll and compliance.Position: Pricing & Promotions Manager Our growing Revenue, Operations and Strategy team is seeking a Pricing & Promotions Manager to join our team.Main Tasks: Design, implement, and iterate a value-maximizing pricing strategy for Deel.Manage and own pricing strategy and develop methods to monitor the progress of pricing effectiveness across industry sectors and sales regions.Build out and manage a global team to lead and drive pricing strategy supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.Liaise with commercial and finance stakeholders to create insightful management information that drives the commercial agenda, tracks progress to KPI's.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, gather data, enable and train; all with the overall purpose of building up profitable and efficient growth.Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Revenue Operations groups, on implementing large scale projects to help Deel grow.You will be successful if you have: Experience defining, structuring, and framing complex pricing problems and decisions in a simple, actionable way; performing disciplined and rigorous analysis resulting in actionable insights.6+ years working in a Marketing / Pricing function with high-growth startup or tech company.3+ years managing a Pricing team.Excellent judgment, mature personality, and experience dealing with executives.Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver, with excellent organizational and time management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
