You will manage a team of 3 Pricing Specialists and work closely with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure effective pricing models. A key part of your role will involve leading the annual price review cycle and overseeing pricing performance metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for rolling out pricing strategies for both products and transport linked to our digital platforms.This role is instrumental in driving Sibelco's pricing governance and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. As the Pricing Manager, you will also play a vital role in talent development, helping build a dynamic pricing team that adapts to Sibelco's growing needs.In the role of Pricing Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Pricing Strategy & Governance:Maintain pricing strategies and policies for Sibelco's products and transport.Lead the annual pricing review cycle, including price setting, monitoring, and adjustments.Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure pricing policies meet market demands.Oversee pricing analytics, including tracking performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.Team Management:Lead a team of 3 Pricing Specialists, providing coaching and career development support.Foster a collaborative environment and ensure team efficiency in supporting business objectives.Market & Commercial Insights:Conduct pricing research, defining KPIs and dashboards for commercial performance.Drive pricing excellence by integrating market insights and customer needs.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with key stakeholders, including VP Commercial Intelligence, sales teams, and supply chain partners, to ensure alignment with business strategies.Act as a trusted advisor on pricing matters, simplifying and standardizing processes where needed.Continuous Improvement:Lead initiatives to optimize pricing processes and governance.Ensure the use of best practices in pricing tools such as SAP and Salesforce CRM.To be successful in the role of Pricing Manager, you have:Master's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or similar role
