Your work will span many countries within EMEA and you will be responsible for the day to day management of the EMEA region. You'll also manage the people partner in the region and help build and improve all processes e.G. employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and other HR operational projects as needed.What your impact will be Strategic planning: Work closely with the CHRO and senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies around them.Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee matters, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Performance Management: Partner with other global PPs (APJ and Americas) to lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
