Job SummaryAs the Manager - Partners, you will be a key member of TSG's Operations team and will report directly to the Head of Growth and Operations (HGO). The Manager: Partners will be responsible for all aspects of this function, including managing and growing the TSG partner portfolio, ensuring high-quality work products from our outsource providers, and sourcing new partners as we expand our global coverage model. The Manager - Partners is expected to work across the organization, especially with each of the Regional Managers, as well as the Manager: Editorial. Collaboration with the TSG Support Functions, including HR, IT, and Finance, will be necessary, working with the Head of Support on the delivery of relevant initiatives in the region. Close collaboration with the Head of Client Management and Business Development will also be required.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Manager - Partners will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of managing TSG's global partner portfolio, including:
Developing and managing existing and new partner relationships related to TSG's products and solutions in support of TSG's business strategy.Driving innovation in the delivery and engagement of TSG's partners.Ensuring the ongoing quality of TSG's partner contributions/work products utilized in TSG product delivery.Developing and managing a quality measurement and review process for TSG vendors and creating insightful reporting for the TSG Executive Management Committee.Growing the TSG partner community, including in locations where coverage needs to be expanded or created.Ensuring and managing effective cooperation with the editorial team, regional delivery teams, and other company departments.Developing and growing vendor relationships.Qualifications, Skills & Education RequirementsAt least six years of experience in delivering due diligence projects.A university degree in business, international relations, political science, law or legal studies, or other relevant studies.Work experience and networks in the due diligence industry and with managing and overseeing partner entities.Solid project management skills and diverse industry experience.Strong people management and leadership skills.Ability to develop stable business relationships with both external and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Capability to drive and manage change.Experience in working at a senior level.Demonstrated ability to build and manage a partner network.Familiarity with compliance advisory areas and due diligence research practices.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.Availability to travel.PayFrom 3,920.81€ per month
