We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead and drive performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of best practices through a rigorous approach of standardization. The objective of this role is providing support on the execution of the operational excellence program, supporting the Strategic Industrial Plan, managing PMO Biopharma Industrial, and managing KPIs and process metrics improvements to enable effective measurement of business performance. What your responsibilities will be Promote process continuous improvement by detecting, defining and implementing initiatives that lead to maximum efficiency of human and material resources. Lead and drive Standardization / Operational Excellence projects execution. Continuously work on the shift in mindset and behavior regarding operational excellence and continuous improvement across work streams and sites. Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance. Support Industrial Companies on Project & Portfolio Management. Provide support on the Strategic Industrial Plan and the Capacities Industrial Reports. Understand RPA, IA and Internet of Things (IOT) in the Industrial organization using it to build capability in the Operational Excellence practice. Elaborate KPIs and process metrics improvements to enable effective measurement of business performance in the Industrial Area. Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure influencing stakeholders. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Experience in project management tools. Ability to build relationships, negotiate & influence, and manage change in a matrix environment. More than 5 years of experience in multinational corporations. Practical working experience in enterprise change, growth strategy implementation, and complex financial analysis
