This critical role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, integrating new technologies, and improving overall marketing efficiency. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing operations, ensuring that we maximize the impact of our marketing strategies and campaigns.Your role in our future:Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Lead a team of 2-4 Marketing Operations Project Managers, as well as resources from external agencies and vendors.Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reporting systems to track the efficiency and performance of marketing technologies and processes.Provide leadership in developing and optimizing lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes and tools.Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to standardize technologies, processes, and best practices across the organization.Track ROI across various technologies, marketing channels, and campaigns to measure effectiveness.Support the Marketing team in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns through optimized technologies and processes.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and improve marketing strategies.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.G., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce), and process automation tools (e.G., Zapier).Excellent analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI).Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and cultures.Flexible Work:Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setup for a balanced lifestyle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
