This critical role will ensure compliance with international standards, such as ISO 45001, and local health and safety legislation in the countries where we operate. You will be responsible for implementing preventive measures, conducting audits, leading employee training processes, and developing a KPI reporting system to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.Key responsibilities:- Compliance with ISO 45001: Ensure rigorous compliance with ISO 45001 across all operations by overseeing its proper implementation and adjusting occupational H&S processes as necessary.- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all operations comply with local legislation in Mexico, India, and Europe.- Risk Management: Assess workplace risks and develop mitigation strategies, identifying and controlling potential hazards in daily operations to promote a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.- Health and Safety Training: Design and execute training programs for employees with a focus on accident prevention and emergency management.- Internal and External Audits: Conduct periodic H&S audits to elevate compliance with internal standards and coordinate external audits for ISO 45001 certification and local regulations.- KPI Reporting System Development: Design, implement, and manage the company's H&S KPI reporting system, providing key data for decision-making and continuous improvement.- Incident Management: Oversee and coordinate the investigation of workplace incidents, analyzing causes and proposing corrective measures to prevent future incidents.- Safety Culture Promotion: Foster a proactive safety culture through internal campaigns, awareness programs, and recognition initiatives, encouraging participation from all levels of the organization.- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the policies are applied across all areas of the company.About you:- University degree in Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
