The role will be reporting into the regional Demand Generation COE and work closely with the Regional Industry and Country Marketing teams to plan and implement marketing and demand generation activities to grow the Industry pipeline and revenue in the region.
The role is focused on planning and driving the in-country execution of Industry marketing campaigns and initiatives across the region.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive industry campaign strategies, utilising the content from the Industry Marketing team and building demand generation plans leveraging a mix of tactics including events, social media, paid ads, and email marketing in collaboration with the Digital COE.
The role requires experience in digital and/or field marketing.What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities:Develop and manage multi-channel Industry marketing campaigns.Incorporate industry marketing content in global campaigns.Create strategy for events, social media, paid ads, and email campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.Present campaign strategies to ensure stakeholders are aligned and enabled.Oversee the execution of these campaigns and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights and advanced analytics in collaboration with the Digital Demand COE.Working closely with the marketing country teams to ensure optimised lead management ensuring we track lead to won deal conversion.Track, measure and report on the Industry campaigns and activities ROIKnowledge and Attributes:Highly collaborative – ensure alignment, do education, and build optimal relationships with key stakeholders on different levels across organizationsExcellent stakeholder relationship management skillsExposure and understanding of different cultures and approachesVery strong written and verbal communicatorGreat program management skills with the capability to juggle a range of projects and consistently deliver resultsAbility to operate within a matrix environmentAbility to take a holistic view without compromising detail and robustness of the programA strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practisesAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:A relevant degree in Sales or Marketing Management Required Experience:A minimum of 5+ years' work experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a Marketing function within the IT Industry.Experience in a multi-national environment is preferred.A proven record of accomplishment in:Developing marketing plans and multi-phase programs across multiple geographies.Developing and driving executive awareness and demand generation campaigns.Workplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
