As a Manager M&A, you will be an integral part of our M&A Team and play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth plans to expand our footprint across Spain.
Your missionConduct comprehensive financial analysis of target companies, including valuation and preparation of business plans.Lead and oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, coordinating with external advisors. This includes organizing and managing due diligence calls and meetings with external advisors and physicians, and ensuring the alignment of the different workstreams.Review legal transaction documents (LOIs, SPAs, etc.) and prepare deal-related documentation (IC decks, etc.).Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and watch competition, to identify potential targets.End-to-end involvement in the entire deal cycle from mapping right targets, deal structuring and completion to post-merger integration.Evaluate the potential upsides and downsides of integrating acquired companies into Sanoptis' existing business operations, identifying key areas for synergy realization and operational optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, external advisors and other key stakeholders.Share best practices with M&A managers working in other regions.Reports and Organization Structure
Direct reporting line to the Head of Spain and close collaboration with the Chief Development Officer as well as Head of M&A Spain. You will join Sanoptis Spain team but cooperate with different stakeholders across the organization.
Location
This hybrid role is based in Madrid. We expect a high willingness to travel to visit clinics across Sanoptis' Spanish footprint.

Your profileMinimum of 4 years' experience in M&A and/or Transaction Services at a top-tier investment bank or Big Four, preferably with exposure to healthcare.Completed Bachelor's degree; Master or MBA highly valued.Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and capacity to direct, produce, and communicate business and financial analyses at an executive level.Self-starter who can take on significant responsibility and drive problem-solving and process change independently.Great communication skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to understand unique challenges of physicians, external advisors and other stakeholders.Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting and financial statement modelling with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Team player with an exceptional work ethic and strong communication skills.Willingness to travel.Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level) and English skills.
