Manager - IT Quality Assurance & Program Review The position involves facilitating the quality assurance, peer review of IT programs and services. This includes evolving methodologies, standards, and procedures for executing and reporting on programs and services, ensuring a consistent, measurable, and repeatable process for the organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining uniform quality and performance standards across all IT initiatives.You will:• Lead quality assurance reviews for complex IT transformation programs, focusing on budget adherence and maintaining high-quality standards.• Evolve and maintain a robust IT Quality Assurance framework tailored to IT transformation projects.• Conduct thorough peer reviews and quality assessments of ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality objectives.• Collaborate with IT project managers to identify potential quality and budgetary risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT service quality and process efficiency.• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards and regulationsYour skills:• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance or Project Management within IT transformation projects.• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles and IT process optimization.• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
