Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world - creating world-class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed.Note: You are ideally located in Barcelona to obtain this job; however, we will also consider other locations.More on the Manager Industrial CapEx Projects Management (Budget & Scheduling):The Manager Industrial CapEx Projects Management (Budget & Scheduling) is responsible for projects:To be delivered safely on agreed timings; projects should be deeply analyzed, and lessons learned should be pointed.The person in this position should have strong leadership/interaction with all Project Managers, Stakeholders, and Contractors.Lead cost estimation, data collection, analysis, and benchmarking for projects to ensure high accuracy during various phases of project management with a key focus on safety, sustainability, efficiency, and reliability.Together with Project Managers, control the key milestones to be achieved on projects above $1M.Participate in developing the schedules for key projects and discuss with engineering companies to keep it updated and challenge them.Together with Project Managers, build the schedule from the beginning of a project establishing the baseline and keep it updated across the life cycle.Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and stakeholders.Monitor project timelines, critical paths, and deadlines.Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely interventions.Prepare and manage S-curves for scheduling and costs for key projects.Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.Define cost estimate scope boundaries with minimum mandatory requirements and phased investment options.Develop cost engineering element structures and budget estimates for various options.Define procurement processes and timelines to manage the overall schedule.Collect, review, and monitor data from various sources, finalize cost estimates, and create Power BI dashboards with ease of access to various stakeholders.Provide financial reporting, data trends, and comparison statements and support in the RFP/RFQ process
