You will be working closely with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA, to support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.Your responsibilities as our Manager HRBP Southern Europe:People Strategy: Translate business goals into effective HR strategies, partnering with senior sales teams to develop and implement progressive people strategies.Organizational Design: Assist in organizational planning and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and managing reactive organizational changes.Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Provide guidance on long-term headcount planning, manage recruitment processes, and conduct interviews for key and managerial roles across the regions.People Development: Collaborate on talent development and succession planning within local sales departments, support performance management processes, and communicate learning needs.Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implement effective change management protocols.Total Rewards: Support people leaders with the annual merit cycle, providing clarity and guidance on compensation actions.Payroll Management: Ensure high standards in payroll preparation and follow-up, coordinating with the local HR team.Skills for Success:8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations, preferably in retail. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English; French is a plus.
