Job DescriptionAs Manager Finance Transformation EU, you will support the European Finance Function on EU transformation projects. The role is expected to ensure our Transformation Office does deliver the financials agreed during the BUP process. This role works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure governance and delivery of EU projects.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible with Stakeholders Pillar Leaders to deliver the Financials.Lead cross-functional project resources, adhering to key project milestone timelines, identifying & mitigating risks.Collaborate across regions on initiatives driven by Brambles Corporate.Action Tracking & Risk & issue Management.Financial Analysis on new Initiatives.Work together with all the other financial teams across Europe to ensure tracking and deliver results. What We Look For:Finance Bachelor's degree.Desirable Qualifications:Project management expertise.Experience of leading cross-function EU wide projects.Proven Finance Skills.2 - 4 years of Finance Analytical Role experience.Ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders.Strong organisation, problem-solving, leadership skills; proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.Adaptable, highly organised and detail-oriented.Analytical Skills.Ability to work effectively under tight timelines & within resource constraints.Business Acumen.Languages: English, any other EU languages.Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3 - 5 years.
