Manager Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting for Decommissioning and Decontamination Projects (D&D).
The selected candidate will work a mobile/hybrid schedule reporting to Mannheim office a few days weekly.
Your Day to Day : Serve as the lead resource regarding financial closing, budgeting, cost accounting, analyses, and financial reporting for the D&D Solutions business segment.
Provide project cost analysis with the ability to challenge and validate reliable project estimates to ensure sustainable forecasts and participate in the reduction of risks.
Responsible for full P&L and balance sheet, with a focus on cash flow, ensuring timely cash collection and strict cash out surveillance.
Lead the global company-wide integrated 5-year business planning process for D&D, partnering with operations and finance teams.
Drive the analysis, reporting, and forecasting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results at the global D&D level.
Lead analysis of key variances and business trends to provide strategic counsel to the D&D leadership team on financial performance and results.
Ability to analyze complex, multi-country/currency projects.
Ability to suggest, analyze & support aggressive business derisking strategies like sell-offs, JVs set-ups, specific partnerships.
Continuously enhance the standardized monthly reporting process across the D&D segment to support OPS staff level management.
Provide guidance and support for accounting activities relative to the accounting closing and reporting processes as well as ensuring compliance with US GAAP requirements while advising management of actions and potential risks.
Support corporate internal and external financial reporting & analytics.
Oversee and monitor D&D cost center budgets including review and approval of labor clearance rates.
Oversee and monitor D&D capital spend including forecasting, annual budgeting, and approval.
Prepare performance reviews, provide coaching and guidance, and prepare development programs for assigned analysts to enhance skills and performance.
Who You Are : Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
MBA or Master's in Accounting is a plus.
10+ years of relevant experience.
A combination of public accounting and large multinational experience is a plus, as is experience as a Controller in a multinational profit and loss organization.
CPA and/or MBA Preferred Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to work across international regions and cultures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
Strong levels of empathy in a multicultural environment.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must be adaptive, flexible, dynamic, and able to function effectively in a highly complex global environment with a proven ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office with exceptional skills in Excel.
