Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction. Recruitment and Management Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset. Mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed. Ensure project success and maintain high consultant satisfaction. Business Unit Management Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit. Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results. Lead daily operations and create a positive working environment for your team. Graduated with a master's degree in business or engineering. Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
