Job Role: Manager (21) The opportunity:Our Enterprise Risk practice within FSO (Financial Services organization) is a specialty consulting practice within Risk Consulting providing comprehensive services through a suite of strategic, outsourcing, and industry-focused operational recommendations that help companies around the world evaluate and enhance their risk management and internal audit functions.The team is focused on demonstrating sector focussed knowledge along with data analytics, GenAI solutions, enhance the value driven by risk based Internal Audit and internal control service offerings provided to the clients. Additionally, we're offering transaction testing services from 1st Line (RCSA) and 2nd Line (Compliance) to our clients as a part of our ER practice. We actively work towards building multiple tools and assets for efficient and effective client delivery. Responsible for recommending development activities tailored to each team member's needs and learning styleResponsible for resolving competing priorities and resource allocation issues, building collaboration across organizational boundariesTo qualify you must have:+6 years of Big 4 or industry experience in executing & managing audits across 3 Line of defence (RCSA, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance etc.)Charted Accountant/MBA Finance/ CPA / ACCAIn-depth experience in Banking & Capital Markets (e.g. Retail, Corporate, etc)Skilled at collaborating, motivating and guiding high performance teams.Quick decision-making skills and ability to handle complex situations with a calm demeanour. Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills, ability to articulate discussions.Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations.
