You will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring efficient construction project delivery, and maintaining the company's facilities to the highest standards. Leading a team involved in construction, design, and building administration, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to regulatory and safety requirements. You will also be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency in both construction and building management.Lead and oversee the design and construction of new stores, expansions, and renovations, ensuring alignment with Alfamart's strategic goals and brand standards.Supervise the Building Administration Department to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all Alfamart facilities.Manage all phases of construction projects from concept design through planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality design and construction standards are met.Monitor project progress, conduct regular visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Develop and manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising to ensure alignment between design, construction, and operational requirements.Prepare reports on project progress, building maintenance, and departmental performance for management review.Provide leadership and mentoring to the construction and building administration teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Resolve any design, construction, or facility-related issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.What does it take to be part of the team?Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
