Your Key Responsibilities Execute, monitor, and continually improve the demand planning process (long, mid, short term) including Demand Reviews and Demand sign off, integration and alignment of all involved functions, and alignment with financial and budgeting processes.
Interact with sales, product managers, and operations to understand and interpret the potential impact market trends and demand drivers can have on demand and adjust the forecast to reflect those impacts.
Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators and drive for improvement.
Partner with HR on talent development initiatives.

You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.
5+ years of experience in complex supply chain operations.
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders' alignment.
An ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented operational expertise.
Strong work ethics, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
