Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be providing support in the following:Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts; Reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies; Processing accountspayable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing; Assisting in budgeting and forecasting, providing financial data and insights to support decision-making; Ensuring compliancewith accounting standards, regulations, and company policies; Supporting the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities; Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and protecting sensitive data; Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.RequirementsBeing fully available for 40 hours per week and able to sign an internship agreement; Attending a Bachelor's degree course in Economics, Finance, or other related subjects; Professional proficiency in English and Italian; Strong Excel skills (i.E., pivot tables and medium-level formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.); Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform data collection and reporting tasks; Unafraid to askfor help and support when needed, open to improvements and professional development; Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Added valuesAptitude for teamwork; Additional languages (Swedish, French, or Spanish) are more than welcome; Previous experience with any ERPs (e.G., Oracle Netsuite, Datev, Profis).LocationAt iubenda we believe in remote working.
