Apply now for the position of Manager de Aplicaciones (Field Application Specialist Manager), Laboratorio de Analítica Clínica (Central and South Zones) and you will manage the application activities for all Healthcare Business Units; ensure external and internal customer excellence in all Application Services (Support, Customer training and others); drive Application business development and optimal synergies between CS organization, DX/IT HCS, Application team, and Sales and Marketing. Reporting directly to the DX CS Head Spain.
Functional scopeDelivery of Application Services (Support, Customer Training and others) in pre-Sales, implementation, and after-Sales; competence/resource management and optimization of customers training experience.
Tasks prioritiesResource and budget management; definition and management of roles and tasks of the Application Specialists team: prioritizing remote support to customers whenever possible, remote software updates execution and virtual or blended customer training; based on internal and external digitalization.Provide as a priority Sales Support and achievement of annual Method penetration Targets.Ensure Application Services Business Strategy Plan including CS Portfolio sales.Competence and qualification management of the Application Specialists team: recruiting, developing, planning, and monitoring of continuous internal education including clinical knowledge, especially for the Method penetration assays defined on a yearly basis.Support development of Application Services as a business. Supporting development of Application Service portfolio together with DX CS Marketing.Manage Application delivery operations, i.e. scheduling in close cooperation with CCC, dispatching, execution of the service, closing and on-time reporting.Ensure transparency on Application activities: financial and process performance.Drive continuous process efficiency improvements to improve productivity while ensuring customer satisfaction (internal and external).Identify proactively new measures to lower CS costs. Also identify new measures for the PCS (Productivity at CS) annual Programs.Ensure smooth and efficient communication between local Sales, Marketing, HCS, DX/IT, technical service, and Application team.Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.Troubleshooting and resolving of complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.RequirementsDegree in a medical field or business administration with medical background, in related discipline, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Long-term experience within medical Services and Customer interaction skills.Advanced English language skills.Availability to travel East and North Zone in Spain (60%).Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
