About the Role: The Data Management team focuses on data governance, data privacy, and developing analytics solutions to help the organization make better data-driven decisions. Our team is passionate about ensuring we are capturing the right data, protecting our valuable data assets, and enabling others to use data and analysis to measure and monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and find ways to continually add business value.
You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing data team encompassing Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Collection, B2C, and B2B Analysts based in Barcelona within a matrixed organizational structure. You will report to the Vice President of Data Governance and Privacy and be based in Barcelona.
You Will:
Establish strong working partnerships with each of the Data Management leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide advice, support, and challenge thinking.
Develop a positive onboarding experience to ensure all new employees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to become effective contributors to the Data Management team.
Train, support, and develop the team to maximize their potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation.
Foster a supportive team culture ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
Collaborate with the Data Management Leadership team to ensure smooth implementations of all Data Management led initiatives and stakeholder projects in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Lead assigned Data Management projects and initiatives.
