You will be part of the growing team leading innovative projects and work directly with clients to transform their supply chain operations through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of supply chain data foundation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practicesIdentify and address clients' supply chain data needs and challengesOversee the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support supply chain needsDevelop and manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, and integrate diverse data sources to provide actionable insightsCollaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and supply chain domain expertsDefine and structure project activity and best approaches, leveraging a detailed understanding of client's problem statements and their specific business requirementsMentor and support junior team members on supply chain data foundations and best practicesDrive the development of tools, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery and value creationSupport the management team on client proposals and other sales activitiesEnsure effective collaboration with offshore development teams and provide guidance to ensure quality deliverablesSkills you will need:8-10 years of experience in Data Foundations (Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Visualization), especially in Supply ChainAdvanced understanding of building and managing data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, GCP)In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planningExpertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniquesExtensive hands-on experience with coding and visualization technologies and tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.Proven track record in delivering data-driven projects in a consulting or corporate environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team membersComprehensive familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systemsMaster's degree in mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
