As the Manager of Cybersecurity Product Management, you will drive improvements in customer experience and cybersecurity risk reduction outcomes.
The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, technical cybersecurity service delivery teams, and member firm customer CISOs and CTOs to create product roadmaps and lead related development efforts.
What will your day-to-day be like?Regularly engage member firm stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs) to ensure high satisfaction, understand priorities, and gather input to build into the design of future state cybersecurity services.Guide discussions with Member firms ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, and the technology implemented meets the evolving needs and expectations of the business.Ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly completed and documented for assigned service deployments.Ensure appropriate governance, well written service documentation, and effective socialization for assigned service enhancements.Build deep knowledge of the cybersecurity services marketplace, vendors, products, and threat actors through continuous research and industry involvement.Drive improvement in assigned services resulting in customer experience gains and/or increased operating efficiency.Drive quality assurance for assigned services validating that the services are operating in alignment with service descriptions.Support audit readiness for assigned services ensuring that all applicable controls are met, and that supporting evidence is collected at the required frequency.Responsible for deliverables such as product roadmaps, business cases, marketing requirements, business metrics such as capital investment rate of return, and goals of new product releases (growth, usage, customer satisfaction, user migration).Coach and support peers across multiple geographies.Cross-functional, globalized relationship management and support.Motivate and engage team members by aligning their strengths and building capability.What do we expect from you?Minimum of 5 years of related product management experience; additional experience in cybersecurity, systems and application management, including systems/application design and development preferred.Executive presence, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without authority.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong listening skills to understand priorities and requirements.Experience with financial planning and developing compelling business cases.Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.Relationship building skills.Strong ownership culture, positive attitude, and high tolerance for ambiguity.Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors and services such as vulnerability management, firewall, common cloud security capabilities, data loss prevention, data security services, and more.What is it like to work at Deloitte?Working at Deloitte will provide you with the opportunity to participate in the transformation of leading national and international organisations.
