Manager, Core Processor Development

We are looking for a digital design manager to drive a team in charge of a high-speed digital design for a RISC-V based processor. This role implies to lead the world-class ASIC work on advanced process technologies Responsibilities The team manager will own and assist in the development of key modules in a high-performance system for AI applicationsThe team manager will work closely with all parts of engineering to coordinate the execution of the project and the achievement of the product specifications: Architecture, Verification, Physical Design, Post-Silicon Bring Up, and Program ManagementThe team manager must accurately predict schedules and track the team progress and use and assign the available resources in an optimal manner.The team manager will supervise and train junior engineers (based on relevant years of experience).The team manager will participate in internal reviews to ensure adherence to the company's design processes and guidelines and to improve those processes and guidelines.The team manager will participate in the capture of new talent to incorporate to the company accordingly to the required skills.Qualifications MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent5+ years managing design teams experience15+ years ASIC design experienceExperience with RISC-V based systems or similar.Strong knowledge of the main core processors sub-systems and concepts, pipelines, data and instruction caches, arithmetic units (fixed and floating-point), scoreboards, etc. Strong knowledge of ASIC and/or FPGA design methodology and should be well versed in Verilog, front-end design, simulation, synthesis, timing, power analysis and verification CAD tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsNatural leading skills
