You will establish financial policies and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure, and expenditures are properly outlined.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of 4 controllers.Financial and business control of our growing business of BCD Meetings Events for eleven countries on the Mainland of Europe.Monthly closing, regular performance management, annual planning, and operational reporting.Support the management team with ad-hoc analysis and enable them in their business decision making.Gather relevant data together to create and maintain metrics and attributes, own existing KPIs, and develop new ones where necessary.Responsible for the pricing support for local and regional customer pricing in Mainland Europe.Assess and improve our controlling and reporting processes concerning performance and quality.Be the first point of contact for regional and local teams concerning controlling related questions and information.You report directly to the Global Controller Finance Director of Mainland Europe.About you:University's degree in economics or similar.Extensive experience in a similar work-related environment.Sound knowledge of Controlling, Financial reporting, and analysis.In-depth SAP EPM, SAP / R3 FI CO knowledge.Very good command of spoken and written English.Independent, goal- and results-oriented work style.Hands-on mentality.Excellent team, communication, and motivational skills.The motivation to work in a highly international and fast-growing environment.About us:We're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
