You will need to effectively manage the team with the appropriate training and motivation to ensure the achievement of monthly objectives. The BDR team is primarily responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executives team. This position reports directly to the VP Business Development.Responsibilities Train, motivate and develop each team member's professional project.Interview and hire new team members.Manage and optimize all the team's outbound prospecting processes.Optimize the use of the sales tools, channels, and strategies.Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions.Conduct weekly follow-up and progress meetings to align team objectives with results.Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager managing outbound teams with excellent results, preferably as a BDR/SDR Manager.Experience hiring, training and motivating BDR/SDR teams.Expert in prospecting using all channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).High level of motivation and ambition.Very comfortable with a fast-changing and high-growth environment.Strong command of tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Courage and creativity to find new ways to generate business
