IE University's Admissions & Enrollment, Graduate Programs is looking for a Manager to join its team! The Admissions Manager must be able to guide, advise, and finally enroll candidates applying to the graduate programs of his/her ownership. This person should work closely with the rest of the commercial team to create a robust recruitment and sales strategy for the master's programs. The Admissions Manager should take the lead in the continuous improvement of the program, working closely with the academic management team as well as the rest of the commercial team.He/she will report directly to the Senior Manager of the School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs School.Responsibilities:Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admissions process and until the day before the program start date.Conduct admission interviews specializing in professional and young professional profiles.Excellent knowledge of the entire admissions journey.Identify candidates' needs and develop effective communication with Senior Managers of all five schools.Plan and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-campus and virtually.Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department at national and international events.Develop strategies that ensure success in recruiting high-caliber domestic and international students while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders including marketing, international offices, global recruitment, and academic teams.Support the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions.Lead the admissions process and follow up with prospective students, ensuring the smooth running of the process.Follow up and support analysis of the sales results to propose growth solutions.Assist with the planning, editing, and review of marketing materials such as brochures, a compelling web presence, and state-of-the-art web content to facilitate prospective students and applicants' interaction, follow-ups, and any direct marketing material.Contribute to the development of IE University's brand identity nationally and internationally.Improve processes.Qualifications:Master's degree.Fluent in English; Spanish as a second language or native is desirable.Having a European work permit is preferable.Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.Strong analytical skills.High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates from all over the world.Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent.Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology.Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must be able to manage resources effectively and efficiently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
