.Amazon Business EU Marketplace (3P) is looking for a Manager Account Management to manage a diverse team of dedicated account managers driving growth for our millions of Amazon sellers across the globe!We are a business development organization, driving growth for over 2 million Amazon sellers. Our Amazon Business team is responsible for accelerating sales growth and expanding selection for our business customers, by attracting B2B sellers and promoting B2B feature adoption among the existing seller base across Europe.This role will focus on driving results, while constantly developing and coaching your team to increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.Key job responsibilities:Through your Team manage a portfolio of existing Selling Partner accounts to expand their business with Amazon locally and internationally.Review data in order to provide recommendations to maximize the team's performance.Evaluate the existing seller pool and prioritize the efforts, in order to cross launch the best quality selections into the target marketplace.Develop a thorough understanding of the B2B e-commerce industry.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of accounts.Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Recruitment and other key internal Amazon stakeholders.Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with its related features and functionalities and proactively drive on/or participate in key initiatives/projects with regards to 1) Following target marketplaces trend suggestions 2) Optimizing customers' experiences 3) Improving sellers' experiences 4) Inventing and simplifying internal working process.Minimum Qualifications:Fluent level of English; additional language advantage.Minimum of 5+ years' experience in people management.Experience with managing projects with regional complexity.Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Easily approachable, cooperative and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of team members.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful in difficult situations.Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill.Further qualifications would be a plus:Additional Language skills.Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.Solution focused, with passion for people leadership.Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.Experience using SQL
