Management Team Leader

(Fixed Term Employment - Subject to Evaluation) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience in managing teams, including administrative and operational staff. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and supporting the overall company team including both the administrative and operations teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Supervises and monitors the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing the execution of onsite services conducted, and identifying and resolving any operational issues that may arise during service delivery.
