Guarantee that all affected parties are informed and prepared for the changes. Maintain compliance and facilitate smooth communication with regulatory bodies. Ensure continuous adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Ensure that the company stays up-to-date with regulatory requirements and makes necessary adjustments to comply. Ensure that all manuals are current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Manage operational and maintenance changes, ensuring that all changes within the operations and maintenance areas are managed according to regulatory standards. Evaluate and analyze potential hazards, assessing potential hazards associated with proposed changes to identify any operational limitations or restrictions. Perform thorough impact assessments for all proposed changes to evaluate their effects on operations and maintenance. Coordinate change implementation, establishing and following a structured process for implementing changes, including setting timelines and coordinating with relevant departments. Approve and validate mitigation measures proposed by departments to address identified hazards. Oversee communication and dissemination of changes, ensuring that all changes are effectively communicated and disseminated to relevant stakeholders, including the creation and distribution of necessary documentation
