Responsibilities: Drives the management of change effort for some of Global Operations' largest transformation programs.
Responsibilities include a mix of leading technical and process change along with people and culture change.
Understands needs and puts together creative communication and awareness campaigns in support of the management of change effort across Global Operations and HPE teams.
Drives readiness for program deployment across regions, geographies, and countries.
Develops content and delivers trainings in support of MOC efforts.
Engages with Global Operations teams to increase level of understanding and acceptance of changes delivered through the programs.
Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program resource management.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.
Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Experience driving change at organizational level, managing programs supporting management of change, driving communication and awareness campaigns or delivering trainings.
Experience implementing and executing formal change control mechanisms.
Experience planning/managing transformation projects that have a cross-functional span.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
Typically 10+ years experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, at both executive as well as junior team member level.
Comfortable designing and delivering highly effective presentations.
Building credibility and being able to connect and influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.
This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
