Mission:
The mission of this role is to support Openbank's management control team in their growth and development process. This person will also be in charge for the automation of processes with a strong focus on SQL and Python.
Responsibilities:
- Automatize data processess for financial reporting.
- Optimizes the process of collecting data, analyzing sources, and building the necessary data structure, to manage all the information efficiently.
- Develop new management information capabilities and design new dashboards (Quicksight/Microstrategy).
- Help to implement AI for reporting activities.
- Support on the design and definition of new databases in the lake.
- Collaborate in the improvement and automation of the BAU processes of the department.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis related with the profitability of different segments and business lines.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- +3 year of experience in a similar position with strong focus on SQL and Python.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python and Pyspark.
- B2 or similar English level.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
- Able to work as a team, communicating and sharing findings with team members.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions proactively.
- Highly motivated candidate with sound judgment, able to handle confidential information, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
