MISSION AND OBJECTIVESThe main objective of the Performance Management Projects team is to drive the transformation within Management Accounting world by providing full-integrated solutions: supporting OFS Roll-Out program, implementing digitalization solutions within CIB Actuals program and redesigning reporting processes supported by new agile solutions as well as providing functional and systems expertise.
The Actuals process stream ensures the evolution of management accounting closing through the deployment of SOLAAR and the reporting to BNPP Group in PERSEUS in replacement of previous tools (PARADIGM, DRACONIS).Current phase of the project is the testing from project team, where users will be on-boarded afterwards and the change management will become a key element.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting the project management with project scope definition (problem/request understanding/analysis and impact assessment) for new initiatives/programs.Contribution to functional specification and solution design (to ensure requirements are taken into account).Moderate meetings and workshops.
Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.Participation in the testing and analysis of the project.
Suggest improvement methods and appropriate solutions options.Coordinate and manage the communication with the final users as well as the preparation and the execution of the UAT sessions with them.Manage interdependencies, identify risks and develop mitigation plans while ensuring project quality.Organize and lead training sessions for the new functionalities/tool as part of the change management.Share best practices and homogenize solutions on tools across Management Accounting worldwide scope.REQUIREMENTSBusiness school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance.2-5 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis/Management Accounting/Client profitability/Credit risk/ALMT in banking industry would be a plus).Experience as business analyst/project manager in Finance systems/interfaces implementation/migration projects (business analysis, functional requirements, User Acceptance testing) appreciated.Experience of working in international environment appreciated.ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSStrong knowledge of banking activities and products.Good knowledge of accounting.Knowledge of financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry.IT skills: Excel advanced user, database consultation (SQL, Business Objects), PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus.Language: fluent in English (both oral and written) and French would be a plus.Good communication (spoken and written) and capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level.
