Join us at Bayer to have a career that you can put your passion into practice and make an impact using Science for a better life.For our Management Accounting team, we are looking for an Associate who will be the executor of activities defined in our Activity Split following standard procedures and ensuring that certain guidelines are implemented, providing quality and on-time KPI analysis. You will be responsible for:The execution of activities defined in the Management Accounting Activity Split following standard procedures and guidelines, providing quality and on-time delivery KPI analysis.Perform month and year-end closing activities.Material master data and Production deviation monitoring.Value flow management from cost objects to Financial Statements.Understanding and being able to handle daily activities both PAIV & VLF inside the cluster.Team Reliability, & follow-up of open issues under Cluster responsibility.
