Job Overview : We are looking for Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Malta .
This is an on-site position where you will provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients.
You will handle customer inquiries related to web services, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Fluent Italian and English (C1 level) are required for this role.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Problem Resolution : Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's web services to provide accurate support and advice to customers.
Order Management : Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders related to web services.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and departments to ensure smooth operations and successful issue resolution.
Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and help optimize our services.
Requirements : Fluent in Italian : Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written Italian.
C1 English Proficiency : A strong command of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
Customer Service Experience : While prior experience in customer service is a plus, it is not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Availability for Face-to-Face Interview : Candidates residing in Malta must be available for an in-person interview.
Documents Accepted : European Passport or Work Permit for Malta .
