Experienced male Deckhand Needed for 44m+ Modern Sailing Yacht We're seeking a skilled deckhand with extensive sailing experience to join our dynamic crew on a 44m+ modern sailing yacht. Ideal candidates have grown up dinghy sailing and racing, with a passion for life at sea and adventure.
Key Requirements: Strong sailing background Yachtmaster Offshore certification Available to start ASAP in Palma What We Offer: Hands-on mentorship with a clear path to First Mate within a year Caribbean itinerary for winter, Northern Europe for summer 2025, returning to the Caribbean and setting sail for the Pacific in 2026 The close-knit crew who value outdoor activities and social time together Bonus Qualifications: Experience or certifications in additional watersports (dinghy sailing, kite surfing, etc.) are a plus.
