.Job Description: Inside Sales Representative (Flemish-Speaking)Location: Málaga, Spain (On-site)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (39 hours/week)Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based IncentivesLanguage Requirements: Flemish (C2) + English (B2)About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Flemish and has B2-level English to join our growing team in Málaga, Spain.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the company's customer base.
This is an on-site, full-time position where you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively presenting solutions to meet customer needs.In this role, you will leverage your communication skills, market knowledge, and understanding of customer needs to build lasting relationships and contribute directly to the company's success.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but what matters most is your enthusiasm, motivation, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Generate new sales opportunities by actively prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, primarily in Flemish-speaking markets.Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and effective communication.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions by presenting products and services that align with their business objectives.Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to identify potential leads and convert them into opportunities.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, maintaining accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and progress within the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.Provide product demos, presentations, and consultations to prospects, effectively addressing any questions or concerns.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Follow up with clients post-sale, ensuring smooth transitions and continued satisfaction with products or services.Profile Requirements:Fluency in Flemish (C2), both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with Flemish-speaking clients.English proficiency (B2 level) is essential for working with international teams and clients.Proven sales experience or a passion for pursuing a career in sales
