As a Flemish-speaking Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales efforts by building relationships with clients, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service.
This is an on-site position, and you will be part of an international team focused on providing excellent service to clients in the Flemish-speaking market.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
While previous sales experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement.
We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for sales and the ability to speak fluent Flemish (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients, ensuring they receive continuous support and are satisfied with the services offered.
Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and overcome objections, offering personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product enhancements, and potential business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to offer relevant solutions to customers.
Profile Requirements: Fluency in Flemish (C2 level) (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not required.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
