We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in Málaga, Spain.
This is an on-site position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
As part of our customer service team, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with web service inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
We value enthusiasm and problem-solving abilities, so while prior experience in customer service or web services is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
We are happy to train the right candidate, provided they are fluent in Danish and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to web services.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat in Danish to assist customers with technical, product, and service-related questions.
Offer guidance and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with their web services, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, aiming for customer satisfaction and building trust.
Document customer interactions, ensuring accurate records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the system.
Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Stay up to date with the company's web services and tools to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.
Achieve individual and team targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and case resolution.
Follow company processes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
Profile Requirements: Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level is required for communication with international teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues efficiently.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and deliver personalized solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Previous experience in customer service or web services is a plus , but not essential.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
