This is an on-site position offering an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative company in the web services sector.
As a Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and solutions to our Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they have the best experience with our products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for offering expert guidance, resolving technical issues, and providing personalized solutions tailored to customer needs.
While prior experience in web services or customer support is an advantage, it's not mandatory.
We value strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support and solutions to Danish-speaking customers on web services and related products via phone, email, and chat.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction, making complex technical issues simple and accessible.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including configurations, product issues, and service disruptions, guiding customers through the process.
Document customer interactions accurately, logging technical issues, solutions, and service requests into the system.
Work closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, services, and tools to provide effective solutions and proactive recommendations to customers.
Meet individual and team targets related to response times, customer satisfaction, and case resolution.
Maintain high-quality standards of customer service, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, share knowledge, and enhance the customer experience.
Profile Requirements: Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level is required to communicate with international teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
A customer-oriented approach, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
Previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or solutions role is an advantage but not essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage various customer requests at once
