You'll be at the forefront of developing compelling PR materials, managing high-impact events, and building strong relationships with global influencers. Your innovative approach to content creation and influencer marketing within the beauty sector will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. If you're passionate about beauty, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a keen eye for industry trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you.What you'll get to doContribute to and execute communication strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives, developing compelling PR materials such as press releases, campaign content kits, and brand presentations.Support managing all aspects of the planning, coordination and communication for events and other activations.Identify new plus grow existing advocacy; building a strategy that identifies the right mix of community/makeup/fragrance influence to drive awareness, brand love and conversion.In collaboration with the team build a squad of global Influencers who will create content on an ongoing basis, working collaboratively with local markets to achieve this.Help to create and manage a global content calendar for both the makeup line and private fragrance collections, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with relevant campaigns, seasonalities, and product launches.Together with the team ideate, produce and post-produce compelling, high-quality content ideas (including copy, visuals, and videos) that resonate with target audiences across channels.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to organic and paid social activations.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
